Engage in team challenges, fun activities, and meaningful discussions with the aim of building a stronger family bond. We will explore ways you can work as a team to create a more peaceful and supportive home environment. There will be a 2 hr adventure race at the end of the day where you will be provided with the opportunity to try out all the skills and tools we discussed throughout the day. Topics will include: What role do we play on the team/in the family and how can we become better a teammate(family member)? How we can take full ownership over creating the family life we want. What tools and skills we can develop that builds connection and trust. How we can provide a nurturing environment that allows others around us to thrive. How to implement mindfulness into our lives in a meaningful and effective way. We will have two version of the final race, one with bikes and one without so if you or some of your children aren't comfortable riding on trails, you can hike the race. Price is per family, not per person. Applies to immediate family only. Yes, if you have 8 kids, it's still $149 but you may be required to bring adult beverages for the coaches. Suggested age range is 7 and older. Use your judgement to determine if younger child will be able to manage 6 hours outside.
