Service Description

Each School's Out session will focus on a different aspect of social and emotional learning to build their mental fitness. These sessions will equip your child with the skills and tools to manage stress better, develop a healthy relationship with fear, lean into challenging situations, learn from failure, build a positive tribe of peers, make life choices based on their core values, gain emotional intelligence, express those emotions positively and relate with the world around them with capability and courage. Each session will run from 9:00-3:00.
